Terms of Service

1. Services
Velnora Tech provides web development, SEO, data analytics, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and AI solutions. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in a separate proposal or contract for each engagement.
2. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a 50% upfront deposit with the balance due on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices unpaid for 15+ days may pause active work.
3. Revisions & scope
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional changes or scope outside the agreed brief are quoted separately before being executed.
4. Ownership
On final payment, you own all final deliverables. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a written NDA says otherwise.
5. Liability
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. We're not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, business interruption, etc.).
6. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You pay for work completed up to the termination date.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
